SERENGETI RIVER CAMP – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Serengeti River camp is a mid -range accommodation found in Robanda , northwest Serengeti National Park and Close to the Main Crossing Point of Mara River in the south. The camp is owned and managed by Karibu camps & lodges that run ambient accommodations across Tanzania. The camp is in the hidden gem and surrounded by Acacia trees and grasslands. It is in the perfect location for game Viewing and exploring various spectacular views and surrounding areas. One can be at the camp taking approximately 6 hours’ drive from Arusha town to Serengeti national park and 1-2 hours to fly from Arusha to the close airstrip then few minutes to be transferred to the camp.

Serengeti River camp consists of 15 en suite luxury and elegant tents overlooking the incredible scenic attraction with modern Comfort. Tents are well decorated, elevated with raised platform and furnished with en-suite facilities of Clean flushing toilet, Bush showers with hot and cold water heated on fire, sink safari bucket shower, solar energy available, Dressing Mirror, mosquito nets, tables and chairs, free toiletries, free bottled water , slippers and other facilities .Tents have verandas and sitting area overlooking the spectacular view over Serengeti plains, wildlife migration since Mara River is the crossing point especially from June to October and surrounding areas .Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed beddings with queen and king sized beds. The camp has Cracking fireplaces pit where guests can relax and share stories and experience of the safari not only that it also provides warmth to the guests in the nights and during cold days. Cost of the rooms at the camp ranges from 300$ and above per night and price always goes slightly higher in peak season.

A dining tent that serves different menu both continental and local cuisine that meets guests appetite. The camp offer Continental breakfast, picnic lunch and dining areas, they also serve out and indoors dinner options and bush barbecue diners overlooking the stars in the sky served by friendly and welcoming staff.
